Twenty Release and Maintenance Cycles have been opened, managed and completed in line with the strict procedures and guidelines established by the gCube Technical Team. 21 subsystems were proposed and successfully passed the build and certification stages. The cycles took around 316 build executions, including those needed to fix the bugs discovered (and submitted through TRAC tickets), more than 2400 deployment test executions and more than 44000 test case executions.

Around 50 internal meetings (conference calls) have been organized and traced out to (a) identity actions to solve issues raised in the release cycles, (b) refine the software release procedures, (c) take decision about next releases.

Periodic examination of the overall status of documentation, and internal review of the documentation content, manuals and API documentation have reached a good level of completeness. In particular, User’s, Developer’s and Administrator’s guides have been completed successfully ensuring the availability of complete and high quality documentation for the respective users.
